Collection & Shipping

With locations in both Playa Del Carmen and Tulum we are also able to offer a collection option on any purchases made through our online store, should you prefer not to ship your goods. 

Once the order has been confirmed and you have selected your collection location we will send you an email to arrange a time for you to come and collect your goods. 

Should you be purchasing equipment in preparation for coming to train or dive with us, we will ensure all equipment is ready and waiting for you upon your arrival.

Shipping Deadline

To insure Next Day and/or Overnight delivery your order must be placed on 10:00 AM the day before. 


When We Ship

We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all orders placed Monday through Thursday before 10:00 AM, and on Friday before 10:00 AM will ship on the same day (Orders placed on Friday after 10:00 AM, will ship the following week). All other orders ships within 1 business day.

  • Estafeta Ground Delivery (3-5 Business Days)

Terms Of Fulfilment

All merchandise purchased through this website are F.O.B. (“Freight on Board”) at our fulfilment center. Title to the merchandise passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfilment center to a common carrier.


Hotels & Forwarding Places

For security purposes certain restrictions apply when shipping to hotels & Forwarding Places, please call us for details.


International Orders

We do not ship outside of Mexico.


Out Of Stock Items

In very rare instance if an item marked In Stock is out of stock (see details on FAQ page), our customer service department will contact you and if agreed, the item will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. ProTec will pay postage charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one.


Special Order Items

Items that we don't usually stock, and are ordered specifically for the customer, special orders are final sale and non-refundable and may take an extensive amount of delivery time, please contact us in advanced for expected delivery time.


Canceled Order

If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete shipping and handling charges.


Shipping Rules

A signature might be required for Estafeta shipments upon receipt. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from Estafeta, at the discretion of the local Estafeta driver someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it.
